Recruitment Assistant / Researcher / Consultant
Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:
. Make the first phone interview to confirm general information with potential candidates (age, degree, background, experience, salary.)
. Build up and maintain our candidates database
. Handling some general clerical duties

Requirements:
. 1 year working experience in any industry
. Good in MS Office applications & Chinese word processing.
. Good communication skills
. Willing to learn, friendly and responsible person
. Average in English and Mandarin

Responsibilities:
. Candidates sourcing - Identify and initiate contact with potential candidates
. Screen, analyze and format candidates' qualifications with related job opportunity.
. Maintain close relationship with potential candidates
. Prepare the search reports and comments

Requirements:
. Degree with 3 years working experience in any industry
. Know-how Active and proactive search
. With experience in Human Resources / Customer Service / Telemarketing is preferable
. Excellent telephone handling skills and sales skills is an advantage
. Proactive, eager to learn and have good communication skills;
. Pleasant character and ability to work independently
. Average in English and Mandarin
. Good in MS Office applications usage
. Experience in handling clients or customer service is an added advantage

Responsibilities:
. Clients closely communication for the completion of assignment;
. Identify target companies & candidates based on clients' job profile;
. Candidate interview and write the searching report to client
. Control the consulting service process quality
. Coach and guide the researchers to perform their duties with quality
. Develop and manage relationship with both clients and candidates

Requirements:
. Degree or above
. Minimum 3 years working experience as a consultant in Consulting company
. Know-how Active and proactive search
. Abroad knowledge of Chinese labor market and various industries, organizations and departments related information.
. Management and leadership skills are preferable
. Excellent telephone handling skills and sales skills
. Able to work under pressure and meet short deadline
. Attentive to details and have good communication skills;
. Pleasant character, independent and self-driven
. Good command in English and Mandarin
. Good in MS Office applications usage
