the position - its responsibilities, experience required and remuneration

Formulation
of recruitment program
Based on the Client's requirements, we begin formulation of a detailed
recruitment program. We would source suitable candidates from our
extensive database and personal networks and conduct professional
interviews with all eligible candidates.
Screening
of candidates
Evaluate the candidates' current capacity , communication skill,
motives or possibility of switching and expected salary. We would
arrange with suitable candidates for interviews.
Interviews
and evaluations
Focus on the candidate's personality, management skills, professional
knowledge, achievements, strengths and weaknesses and reason for
leaving. An evaluation report will be issued for the candidate.
Recommendation
for interview
Our consultant typically would recommend 3 to 4 suitable candidates.
We would present our evaluation reports and arrange for interview
between the Client and the candidates, and follow up with negotiation
of specific terms.
Background
research
For the more promising candidates approved by the Clients, we would
follow up with their superiors and colleagues to cross check their
credentials.
Follow
up service
Provide HR information and assistance for the confirmed candidate
and assist in resolving any complications during the probation period.
