For those precatory jobs, client has to provide the following information:
* Jobs information includes the detailed job responsibilities and requirements, as well as the compensation package.
* Company brochure or website in which includes company profile and products information.
* The copy of business registration document

Our Service Charge

The headhunting service is charging differently according to the concrete items, such as grade of the post, difficulty of searching, section characters, according to the clients' demand, etc. With reference to the international standards, our charge is calculated by using the job’s yearly before-tax salary.

Special Rate for Loyalty Clients

In order to build up a long-term corporation relationship with our loyalty clients, we will provide a special rate for those clients, who have acquired our service over one year and also with more than four positions per year.

Payment Terms

Clients are required to pay a non-refundable deposit in signing the sales contracts and the balance payment have to settle within 10 days after the qualified applicants reported his/her duty. The non-refundable deposit would be 30% of the total service charge or one month before-tax salary of that specific job.

Guaranteed Period

If clients do not satisfy the service provide by the successful applicant or the successful applicant resign for any reason during the 3-month probation period, we would find other applicants to fill in the vacancy without further service charge. Normally, we are able to submit the applicants’ resume, which fit into clients’ job requirements, in two or three weeks period.
