Main Responsibilities:
- Realize sales, volume and profit targets.
- Develop and maintain regular contact and proactive relationship with existing and potential customers in order to identify and realize sales opportunities and to maximize sales and profits.
- Basic technical service and trouble shooting at the customer.
- Manage communication to Business Development department.
- Implement marketing & customer strategies.
- Take relevant sales decisions.
- Manage customer portfolio (may include responsibility for key accounts).
- Analyze competitor and market activities and react adequately.
- Ensure collection of account receivable.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years technical sales experience in Polyurethane footwear industry, knowledge in Polyurethane footwear processing technology and products is preferred.
- University graduate in preferably Engineering, Polymer/ Chemistry, also Marketing or Commercial if technical additional qualification given.
- High willingness to travel.
- Very good communication, interpersonal & marketing skills.
- Good skills in written and spoken English and Mandarin/ MS office skills.
- Self-motivated, initiative and highly team-oriented that can work independently.
