Description: In this position, responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Developing, coaching and leading a team of ~20 planning analysts.
- Setting direction in developing and implementing overall group strategies.
- Performing day-to-day functional management of the team, to include staffing, performance management, training and development and setting future direction and plans.
- Responsible for high volume production supply execution.
- Identifying and driving continuous improvement and changes within their group and across the supply network.
- Managing tactical execution to support these strategies.
- Involved in strong alignment and interface with key It partners, to include, but not limited to: FMMG Planning, Manufacturing, FPG Operations and Marketing
- Ensuring supply is not in the critical path of divisional revenue shipment. goals by ensuring supply/demand analyses are comprehensive, timely and of high quality.
- Continually manage efforts to define and deploy processes, systems and tool improvements to meet the needs of the business going forward.
Qualifications:
- Must possess relevant education qualifications (an MBA or a Master's degree is preferred).
- Experience in a high technology business or technical concentration would be an added advantage.
- Ability to operate in a highly matrix and fast paced environment.
- Experience with managing or leading a team.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with key stakeholder organizes for achieving key deliverables.
- A solid understanding of it's factory and divisional network to effectively lead the organization.
- Supply chain experience and/or education would be an added advantage.
