Job description:
Establish and implement an effective and efficient MBCL administration system and a help draft Administration Guideline. Ensure for your organization that the department goals are based on Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and will be achieved, so that the company goals of MBCL are supported in an efficient way.
Build and supervise a strong team to provide efficient administrative supports and services (i.e. rent and utility payment, maintenance, office supplies and services, telephone systems and payment, travel management, transportation of MBCL staff and guests, etc.) for smooth business operations of all related departments and functions (i.e. S&M, CAS, ND, F&C, PR, HR, PO in Beijing) and also the training centres, warehouses, regional offices) in every MBCL location (i.e. Beijing, Shanghai, Dalian, Guangzhou, Shenzen, Chengdu, Tianjin).
Lead, motivate, empower and develop staffs to successfully development of their careers and achievement of their personal goals inside your department.
Establish good relationship to all authorities, but in line of SOA, FCPA and MBCL internal procedures and rules.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Good personality, goal oriented, team worker, strong communication, creativity, pro-activity, hard and independent working, negotiation skills (especially with authorities)
- Familiar with administrative organizations, processes procedures and standards. Development and implementation of guidelines, standards. Understanding of SOA, FCPA and MBCL organization and standards. Good organization talent.
- Bachelor degree in business administration, management or equivalent. Basic knowledge of Chinese laws. Speaks and writes fluently English language.
- Leadership for bigger groups of staff, good intercultural knowledge and sensitive behavior, strong assertiveness, master conflicts and decision maker especially in difficult situations.
