Qualifications:  
You should possess a Master's degree and/or a Ph.D. in Computer Science/Communication. Additional qualifications include:

• Understand open source working model, possess the experience in open source projects.
• Creative, and have strong passion on innovation.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to foresee future technologies. 
• Strong analytical skills and have the ability to work independently and in teams, and have good perception and anticipation.
• Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to communicate at various levels of abstraction (concept to details). 
• Understanding of IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) or P2P/mesh network is a plus. 
• Experience with cell phone ecosystem development is a plus.
