Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Responsibilities:
In this position, you will be working with all it freight forwarders to plan and execute all inbound shipments into Fab68. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Managing the suppliers performance via it SRC process.
• Working with internal stakeholders to ensure shipments arrive into Fab68 on time and in good quality. 
• Working with internal stakeholders to provide adequate shipment information to meet customs and CCIB requirements. 
• Going to customs and CCIB to provide necessary explanation and education to get the shipment moving. 
• Processing all inbound related local payment. 
• Managing the SOP and SLGs are in place with the suppliers. 
• Initiating and managing the cost saving projects. 
• Participating in transportation bidding and transition activities. 
• Working with internal stakeholders and shippers to ensure It route compliance.
  

Qualifications:

You should be a minimum of a Bachelor's degree holder. Additional qualifications include:

• Three to five years working experiences in freight industry. 
• Good knowledge about import, export, customs, trade rules, warehouse operations and systems. 
• Good English. 
• Good communication and influencing capability. 
• Self motivated worker who works independently with minimum supervision.
