Would you like to define a v1 product for that will impact millions of customers.it Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Incubation Team is chartered to tap into market opportunities in China that's driven from end to end integration of technologies around specific scenarios. Examples include networking, mobile advertisement, healthcare and mobile devices. We are looking for a Program Manager to join the effort and lead the team on:

• Identify features and technical feasibilities around specific customer   
     scenarios.
• Design and specify features.
• Drive iterative release and improvement of software and service concepts.

Qualifications: 

• At least 5 years of professional software development experience, including experience of managing through one complete product cycle.
• A deep understanding of the software development and testing methodologies, processes and tools at It or other professional software organization.
• Excellent organizational and motivational skills; a "lead by example" attitude.
• Previous knowledge in Windows Mobile, Windows CE, internet protocols, XML, and mobile industry standards are pluses.
• Excellent English and oral and written communication skills. Chinese oral and written communication skills strongly preferred.
