Responsibilities:
Would you like to define a v1 product for that will impact millions of customers.it Advanced Technology Center (ATC) Incubation Team is chartered to tap into market opportunities in China that's driven from end to end integration of technologies around specific scenarios. Examples include networking, mobile advertisement, healthcare and mobile devices.  We are looking for a seasoned software developer to join the team and drive the development efforts. You will work with product planner and program managers to define the product vision and work on v1 products.

Previous experience in developing new products from the ground up, including architecture design, leading a development team to drive rapid iteration of development cycles, and creating solid code that can be field trialed are necessary. In addition, interest in pursuing new knowledge domains and the ability to quickly pick up new algorithms and ideas are necessary. Experiences in WinCE and server/client application development are a strong plus. A minimum of 3 years of industry experience, in addition to end to end product design ownership experience are required.
 
 
Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience, including experience of working through at least one complete product cycle.
• A deep understanding of the software development methodologies, processes and tools.
• Experience in managing software engineers, including recruiting and training new engineers, conducting performance evaluation, and driving career development.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and motivational skills; a "lead by example" attitude.
• Previous experience in Windows Networking, Windows CE, internet protocols, XML, and mobile industry standards are pluses.
• Excellent English and oral and written communication skills. Chinese oral and written communication skills strongly preferred.
