You must be self-motivated, quality-minded, and poses excellent communications skills. Your project management and design skills will help define our product and drive it towards delivery. Your communication skills will keep the stakeholders involved and the team motivated.  You will write specifications that accurately specify our service and technology components.

Qualifications:

• Passion for understanding, managing, and satisfying customer expectations.  Ability to negotiate customer requirements with technical realities.
• Five years of software development or program management experience working on commercial software. Having the experience of managing a product through a complete product cycle is preferred. Delivering software in an online environment is a plus.
• Demonstrable understanding of the software development process including writing specifications, working within and cross teams to create designs and identify and mange dependencies. Able to resolve issues under pressure and ultimately ship software.
• Ability to not only function in a team environment, but excel in it.  Ability to work with local and remote partners.
• Excellent English and oral and written communication skills.
• Computer Science degree or equivalent.
