Main Responsibilities:

• Setting of premisses and targets for Technical Development and Technical Service  for Footwear BaySystems South China.
• Planning, monitoring and controlling of R&D Footwear tasks for BaySystems South China and the associated resources and adaption of deviations.  
• Detailed knowledge of PUR chemistry especially for the broad variety of system business  in order to support the development teams in product and application development as well as for realization of targets the business units.
• Development of new applications in Footwear Systems. 
• Personal development in R&D  Footwear  in the context of the regional personal development.
• Personal development of employees under special consideration of the requirment the necessary expertixe on a long-term view. Transfer of expertise knowledge to employees.
• Represent R&DFootwear BaySystems South China interests in other organiztion units.
• Support business through personnel relationship to customers.
• Define and adapt costs and personal resource toghether with MUs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS degree and above, majored in polymer chemistry, chemical engineering or related disciplines.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in polyurethane industry, preferred in PU footwear industry.
• Strong leadership skill with at least 3 years managerial experience.
• Good interpersonal skill within internal organization and with customers.
• Good English language and communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Willing to travel within the APAC region.
