Our client is a famous investment bank.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Responsible for regulatory, financial, statistical and tax reporting as well as accounts payable, tax and market risk functions.
• Lead the Finance Department to perform the above duties, financial and regulatory risk management and support business expansion / projects. 
• Ensure compliance of local internal working procedures and applicable Accounting Standards, regulatory requirement and Tax Law. 
• Work with internal and external auditors, regulators and officials as required. 
• Liaise with overseas colleagues to carry out Firm's internal controls procedures, meet parent entity financial, management and regulatory reporting requirements, communicate on issues and projects coordination.

Skills:

• More than 7 years working experience in finance department of banking industry and at least 3 years in managerial role. 
• Strong experience/knowledge of the banking industry and banking regulations in China, preferably with commercial banking background. 
• Preferably with experience in handling RMB/derivatives license application and/or new business/branch set up.
• International company exposure and knowledge of IAS/USGAAP is an advantage 
• Good communication skills in Mandarin and English. 
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and project management skill. 
• A proactive, self-motivated and dynamic person with highest standard of integrity Educational / Professional.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree in accounting / finance or related field
  Professional qualification of accounting.
