Company Background: Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries. Job Description: Assists in providing technical support for BMP products. Responsibilities may include, but not limited: participating in new product development, representing the customers. technical needs, creating competitive analysis from a technical perspective, developing and presenting technical product training materials. Works with the sales team to help resolve customers technical questions, participates in customers visits, and presentations. Individuals act as technical experts, consultants, analysts, and solution sales as well. Responds to customer and/or client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment. Builds the solution ecosystems, by enablement with ISV, solution partner, channel/OEM, etc. to ramp up the solution adoption rate. Qualifications: You should possess the Master degree in computer science or Electrical Engineering with more than six years of working experience in PC industry and technical marketing. Additional qualifications include:
- Working knowledge of enterprise management software and data networking (switching, routing, TCP/IP) with at least 2 years.
- More than 3 years of software engineering and software development with hands-on experience using C++, Java programming.
- Experience in developing web services applications using ..NET*.
- Very strong troubleshooting skills on PC device, data network, and Windows OS
- Strong time and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- Onsite consulting experience would be an added advantage.
- Good communication and presentation skills in front of technical and business audiences would be an added advantage.
- Team player, taking initiative and assume responsibility.
