Qualifications: 

• Bachelor degree or above.
• A minimum of 3-year experience in general ledger accounting.
• CPA or ACCA preferred.
• Accounting firm experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of PRC tax laws.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Excellent skill in communication, partnering, financial analysis, influencing. 
  

 Responsibilities:

Responsible for maintaining and analyzing the ledger accounts and developing financial statements and reports which are compliant to both US GAAP and PRC GAAP. Develops and maintains the policies that govern the Company''s reporting process and ensures compliance with generally accepted reporting standards. Responds to customer/client requests or events as they occur. Develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.
