Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Responsibilities: 

Work environment is global in a joint effort with US counterparts and other remote sites. Responsibilities include providing technical and administrative leadership for the software validation team.
 

• Requires a minimum of a BS (CE, EE, CS or equivalent) with 6 years work experience or equivalent related work experience.  
• A strong working knowledge of software validation and test automation
• Good skills in high level programming language (C and C++) is required.  
• Exceptional interpersonal skills as a developer and a team lead.
• Understanding of testing methodologies, white and black box test techniques, and test management is required.  
• Experience with embedded operating system environments -- WinCE, RTOS (VxWorks/ Nucleus) or Linux -- a plus.  
• Be familiar with at least one of the following It Architectures: StrongArm, XScale, IA-32, It Flash Memory.
• Strong team player with initiative, self-motivation and flexibility in dealing with ambiguous situations.  
• Possess excellent technical and problem solving skills as well as strong English written and verbal communication skills.
