Main Responsibilities:

• Set up strategies for urethane acrylate UV systems in APAC.
• Support and push the technology transfer from EMEA and NAFTA to APAC
• Ensure the flow of information into MU&R&D on technical market developments, product developments and related trends.
• Proactive regular reporting to R&D Head.
• Utilize the collected information of competitors, end users and industries, monitor competitors activities and make analysis/proposals for counteraction
• Join the marketing team to initiate forward marketing activities and establish contacts with associations, institutes and government parties involving in setting up new trend and regulation.
• Identify new customers and applications for UV systems.
• Problem solving for customers.
• Communicate with internal and external customer.

Qualifications & Experience:

• PhD. degree in Chemistry or other related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in coatings industry (some polyurethane based UV coatings experience preferred).
• Multicultural background.
• Language skills in English mandatory, in Mandarin preferred. 
• Good Communication skills & Computer skills.
• Ability to work with and inside cross-cultural teams.
• Good internal and external presentation skills.
• Sociable, communicative and reliable.
• Team player & Obliging manner.
