Main Responsibilities:
- Provide a consolidated framework for QM activities in the area of responsibility. Standardize working procedures, reduce implementation efforts in operational units and provide guidelines supported by tools for QM activities.
- Align QM activities and working instructions in the area of responsibility with BBS¡¯ global approach. Ensure ICS compliance can be derived of the main QM stream, minimizing efforts for special implementation.
- Carry out internal functional checks in operational units, help identifying improvement areas and support the implementation process.
- Support vendor audits by BBS as well as customer audits at BBS.
- Plan and control QM activities in the area of responsibility and QM training of BBS employees.
- Consult customers on IT Quality Management and define process interfaces with customer's QM system.
- Work with continuous improvement initiative across the organization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- University graduate in related major.
- + 7 years professional business experience including over 5 years IT System design, development, implementation and support & business process experience
- Strong leadership capabilities and International exposure.
- Solid project management skill and communication skill (presentation, negotiation etc.).
- Core Consulting Skills (Professionalism, Analytics, Interpersonal Relationship Building).
- Initiative to act on his own and work under pressure.
- Profound knowledge of QM and Validation standards (ISO9001,GxP, ITIL, ICS ,COBIT,etc.).
- Strong spoken and written English skills.
