Main Responsibilities:
- Evaluating Adhesive & Sealant Opportunity in Construction Market.
- Creating, Developing and fully Expanding new business opportunities through Market/Application/products development in Construction.
- Maintaining and Maximizing existing business in Construction.
- Evaluating and Training new and existing Distribution Channel in Construction;
- Communicating with supporting function to analyze and provide marketing intelligence of competitive product prices, applications, ideas, markets and techniques and react adequately.
- Ensure collection of construction account receivable.
- Implement construction marketing & growth strategies.
- Manage construction customer portfolio(may include responsibility for key accounts).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Good Knowledge and Background in Construction Industry.
- 2-5 years sales and Marketing experience in polyurethane business.
- Experience in Polychloroprene dispersion, Polyurethane dispersion and Adhesives & Sealants or downstream industries for construction preferred.
- University graduate in Engineering, Polymer/Chemistry, Construction would be preferred.
- Good selling skills and communication skills.
- Good command in English(written and spoken)/MS office skills.
- Self-motivated, initiative, broad Mind, good team work and can work independently.
- Willing to travel and Ability to work under pressure.
