Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Maintain relationship with external parities (Bank, SAFE, local Tax Bureau or other related authorities).
- Manage Fixed Assets.
- Develops and update fixed assets management policy.
- Directs monthly and yearly fixed assets management.
- Manage daily finance & accounting activities.
- Monitoring process of daily cash/bank payment.
- Directs the preparation of all financial records.
- Costing management.
- Contract management officer of the company, make sure of the process compliance & identify the contract risk in coordination with BCL FA.
- Report management, prepare internal and external Financial reports in coordination with BCL FA.
- Manage internal and external Auditing in coordination with BCL FA.
- Oversees audits within the operations.
- Directs the preparation to support internal/external audit requirements.
- Arrange and coordinate all activities surrounding the annual audit.
- Continuously improve accounting workflow, including reviewing current accounting practice, and fine-tuning the workflow timely; maintain internal control system.
- Coordinate with other functions (e.g. Sales, Procurement, Production, Warehouse) to maintain and develop efficient interfaces.
- Lead and train accounting staffs, including re-define job description and team structure.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Accounting or related.
- Over 5 years related working experience and at least 2 years experience in Financial/Accounting management position in the multinational company
- Chinese Certified Accountant is preferred.
- Understanding of Accounting guidelines including Chinese, Group and International accounting standards.
- Good command of oral and written English.
