Company Background:
Our client is a JV plant to produce engines in Beijing.

Responsibilities:

• To control and reduce overall levels of raw material inventories. 
• Develop long and short term plans to provide Delivery operations to meet or exceed customer expectations. 
• Optimizing the logistics management for finished products 
• Supervise Warehouse operations. 
• Maintain good working relationships with Operations personnel, to ensure product made is product desired by customers. 
• Control inventory within plan, ensuring Customer expectations of delivery are met. 
• Manage delivery operations inputs to meet AOP targets. 
• Leadership in Transportation, Inventory flows, Customer Service and Packaging.
  

Key requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above majoring in engineering or science. 
• Minimum 8 years working experience in purchasing, logistic and warehouse operation and - minimum 5 years working experience at automotive industry. 
• Hands-on experience and understanding of ERP system. 
• Knowledgeable and practical experience in purchasing (especially with multi-national company) and logistic for both import and export business. 
• Knowledge of material planning, logistic planning, inventory control, transport system. 
• Knowledge of international trade and China customs practice. 
• Excellent command of English. 
• Excellent people relationship skills, strong leadership and good presentation skills. 
• Willing to listen and offer support. 
• Good team player to motivate people. 
• Self-motivated and result-orientated.
