Job Pre-Requisites Required: 

  
   Skills/Experience/Attributes: 

•  University degree, at least 5 years working experience, if possible also in automotive retail. Excellent oral and written skills (Chinese and English) with comprehensive analytical abilities and project management skills. Self-dependent work style, open attitude. Excellent communication/argumentation skills, high output orientation.    
     

   Specific knowledge:

•  Profound knowledge of Automotive business, Retailing (processes) and project implementation in general. Basic knowledge about retail steering and development of new businesses. Experienced with MS Office applications.    
     

   Education/Training:

•   University degree (Bachelor or above). Study and/or working experience abroad (min. 2 years).
