Main Responsibilities:

• Define and develop Lotus, web applications, e-workflow technical solutions. 
• Lead small projects and change initiatives in non-ERP applications environment
• Perform non-ERP application support by applying BBS standard procedures and tools and controlling SLAs.
• Work with continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
• Keep abreast with new technology developments and keep close technical relationship with market applications or solution Providers.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University Degree or comparable education.
• More than 5 years Professional Experience.
• More than 3 years Lotus, SQL database, Java, web application development, implementation and support experience.
• Experience in Project Management ¨C planning, coordination and implementation of projects.
• Having professional certifications in application development. 
• International Exposure.
• Problem solving capabilities.
• Initiative to act on his own and to work under pressure.
• Core Communication Skills (Presentation, Interpersonal Relationship Building).
• English writing and speaking on adequate level.
