Main Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, schedule and control the production activities to meet the customer requirements and BMS quality standard, responsible for the "order to production"
• Lead and supervise the production operation team.
• Manage, control and maintain the production facilities in order to ensure an efficient, safe and optimal production.
• Support production supervisor for production plan.  
• Lead the development and implementation of analytical, data based problem solving methodology, and ensure it is consistently applied to production processes 
• Conduct HSE regulation in day-to-day operation, full in charge of ensuring operation compliant to It Group and government HSE standard and regulations.
• Evaluate and realize new production processes and projects including plant modification
• Support to select and evaluate raw material suppliers
• Supervise custom clearance operation as one part of supply chain management; make sure the entire operation is completely in line with custom regulation. 
• Supervise the procurement of raw material and additive as one part of supply chain management to make sure the order to product process smoothly.  
• Be responsible for inventory management both for raw material and finish product.
• Other Ad hoc job assigned by management based on reality needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree holder with major in chemical engineering or chemical processing.
• Move than 8 years in petrol-chemical or fine chemical or polyurethane industry
• About 3 years of experience in production management.
• Experience on supply chain and bonded business management is preferred.
• Knowledge of polyurethane system material and industry is preferred.
• Able to communicate in both written and oral English professionally. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Tactful with Solution and problem-solving oriented mindset.
• Process improvement and result oriented mindset with the capability to drive enhancements throughout the team.
• Accurate and efficient, especially working in a complex environment.
• Able to set priorities and work under pressure. 
• A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Excellent organization and coordination skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
