Description: 
Plans and/or manages programs or projects to meet specific objectives or goals. Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program. Works on problems and/or tasks in delivery of a specific product or service. Identify tasks, determine dependencies, identify and assign specific resources, communicate expectations to team members, obtain task effort and duration estimates from team members, and create and/or track the project schedule. Assess risk and identify issues. Monitor progress against schedule. Coordinate resources with other  functions. Review user and technical requirements for completeness and clarity. Plans and schedules work to meet deadlines established by others to ensure the completion of several related tasks. Uses judgement in data analysis to develop and design solutions for moderately complex processes. 
 

Qualifications: 
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and/or an M.B.A. and 12 or more  years of related experience, and/or with at least five years of working knowledge in network of Independent Software Vendor (ISV), SI and service providers in PRC. Additional qualifications include: 

• Strong industries knowledge in one or more of the following areas: games and entertainment, communication and collaboration, healthcare, education or Small Medium Businesses (SMB).
• Ability to recognize technology trends, work with analyst and partners to define three year initiative roadmap for PRC that predict the next big technology trends. 
• A business and technology background with an understanding of how to plan, develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing programs (what we call initiatives) including, experience with partner marketing, joint marketing programs, lead generation programs and  field sales. 
• Ability to self-manage, work in highly matrix environments, and build strong  local and international alliances (this position will be managed locally but matrix to a worldwide partner team based in the USA) 
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
