Description:
The position is for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) in the Enterprise Platforms and Services Division (EPSD) Technical Marketing and Sustaining Engineering (TMSE) Group. In this position, you will be focusing on it developed server boards, chassis and systems. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Assuring completeness all aspects of the it developed Xeon Server Systems
• Resolving technical problems, investigation and disposition of errata. 
• Writing Technical documents. 
• Representing customer technical needs. 
• Developing and presenting technical product training and enabling materials to It Resellers, OEMs, and Channel OEMs. 
• Interacting with Field Sales, It Customer Support, and the worldwide Application Design-in Centers (ADC) to help resolve customer technical questions/issues. 
• Participating in customer visits. 
• Developing and providing technical presentations.

Qualifications:
You should possess a Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) with four or more years of experience and be able to speak English and Mandarin fluently, as well as a good communications in English and Chinese. Additional qualifications include:

• Demonstrated ability to leverage technical expertise and insights in a team environment and exhibit strong customer orientation. 
• Ability to identify, investigate, and solve customer problems both technically and business wise while under pressure. 
• Good overall understanding of server hardware and LAN/WAN network operation. 
• Demonstrated knowledge of hardware engineering documentation and processes. 
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills required in the development of technical documents and training materials to customers, it conferences, and trade shows world wide. 
• Ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams. 
• Experience with EFI, Windows* 2003/2008, Red Hat* Linux, and SuSE* Linux operating systems. 
• Experience on HPC application software and support of IPDC customers would be an added advantage.
