Description:
The position is for a Technical Marketing Engineer (TME) in the Enterprise Platform and Services Division (EPSD) Technical Marketing and Sustaining Engineering (TMSE) Group. In this position, you will be supporting It® RAID controller and storage products. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Contributing as a team member in defining product leadership, investigation and disposition of customer issues and product errata, authoring technical documents, and the development and presentation of training material during the concept, development, and revenue phases of these products.
• Interacting with many internal and external teams/customers, including It Resellers, OEMs and Channel OEMs, design and development teams, and other product stakeholders. 
• Resolving technical problems especially with RAID and Storage products. 
• Providing input and key learning from current products and/or customers to new product development teams, representing customer technical needs as well as participating in customer visits as needed. 
• Supporting of trade shows, conferences, and customer meeting.

Qualifications:

You should possess a Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent) with five or more years of directly related experience and be able to speak English and Mandarin fluently, as well as a good written communications in Chinese and English. Additional qualifications include:

• High interests and ability to quickly learn and understand new technologies in the early phases of their development and implementation. 
• Ability to leverage technical expertise and insights in a team environment and exhibit strong customer orientation. 
• Ability to identify, investigate, and solve customer problems both technically and business wise while under pressure, as well as to communicate technical information clearly and effectively in both written and verbal forms. 
• Demonstrated written, verbal, and presentation skills required in the development of technical documents and presentations to customers, it conferences, and trade shows world wide. 
• Leadership capability, strong interpersonal communications, and ability to task manage. 
• Experience working with MNCs, ability to work with cross-functional and cross-geography teams. 
• Experience with it server platforms and experience with the integration and testing of RAID and Storage products in a Windows* or Linux* operating system environment would be an added advantage.
