Qualifications:  
You should possess a relevant degree with more than six years of experience.  A technical degree is a plus.  Additional qualifications include:

• Good Plan of Record (POR) management, including schedule, budget and engineer sample management.
• Proactive to drive the solution for various problems encountered during program lifecycle.
• Good at using of various program management like Microsoft* project 2003 Professional, Microsoft* project server. Microsoft* Sharepoint* service and project web access, and others.
• Knowledge of Server Architecture/platform, chassis and system design, third party design houses, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) product development models in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.
• Self-directed.
• Excellent verbal or written English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in multi-discipline teams.
• Capability to lead multiple tasks and projects.
• Requires thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive and analytical work.  

Responsibilities:  
In this position, you will be responsible for providing leadership of various department's activities, including project logistics and organization operations.  Primary duties will include project planning, deliverable tracking, issue resolution, risk management, indicator development and communication, staffing coordination, and Zero Based Budgeting (ZBB) development.  You will also be providing solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.   In addition, this position will interface, coordinate and lead internal resource, LOEM and ODM site.
