Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Responsibility:
In this position, you will be involved in the core technology in Consumer Electronics (CE) field and join Research and Development (R&D) team in PRC Solutions Enabling Group (SEG) software group to design, develop and port device driver on it XScale(r) or IA-32 based consumer electronics platform.

Qualification:
You should possess a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering with three to four years of experience or a Master of Science degree with more than two years of working experience. Additional qualifications include:

• Excellent communications skills, a team player and demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in teams spread across multiple sites including international locations.
• Fluency in Chinese and good English communication skills.
• Strong design and development expertise in C and/or Automated Shipping Memo (ASM) and software architecture.
• Good understanding in Linux* (or WinCE*) Kernel, device driver architecture and strong knowledge in either or both of following area: Platform device technology(PCI, PCI-E*, USB*, PATA, SATA, kernel porting and bootloader).
• Experienced software device driver engineer on Linux* (or WinCE*).
