This is a program/project manager role who will do a lot of stakeholder management and monitoring of projects. The ideal person is someone with background in project management, manufacturing (preferably motherboard). Below is the detailed job description.
Description: In this position, you will be playing a program manager role on NPI manufacturing activities within ODM factories for EPSD products including server systems and boards. This job provides leadership for the multi-function it manufacturing teams to ensure EPSD products are built out of ODM factories during new product development phase according to PDT cost and/or quality and/or schedule goals. Primary focus is on factory planning, scheduling, execution, and the successful establishment of the product's NPI schedule and initial production ramp and supply line. Secondary focus is on diverse supplier management activities and coordination of site transfers and new supplier start-up actions. The NMM is also the contact point for management and it's support teams worldwide with regards to product manufacturing readiness.
Qualifications: You must possess a Bachelor's degree or above in relative filed with two to three years of working experience. Additional qualifications include:
- Good coordination and program management skills.
- Previous working experience in or with server ODM factory.
- Familiarity with PC and/or server architecture.
- Quick learning ability to rapidly acquire working knowledge of unfamiliar hardware technology.
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
- Flexible, independent and a self-starter.
- Ability to adapt to change quickly (such as tight schedules, and changing requirements).
- Ability to work in a multi functional and/or multicultural environment.
