Qualifications: 

• A solid background in schedule. 
• High Level abilities in Primavera P3 (preferably P3e 5.0). 
• High Level abilities in Excel - Including the ability to run macros. 
• Good written and spoken communication skills. 
• Ability to work well with others. 
• High sense of responsibility. 
• Good computer application skills. 
• Good English and Mandarin capabilities. 

Responsibilities:

• Drives adherence to change control / collects change control forms. 
• Update Schedule in P3e / Web application according to SOPs. 
• Record execution difficulties and delays. 
• Work with Basebuild to ensure schedules are integrated. 
• Publish schedule. 
• Send copy of schedule to document control. 
• Ensure schedule related reports / information provided by PMs is accurate. 
• Produce standard indicator package / report out. 
• Review Negative Float with team / suggest possible resolutions to negative float. 
• Work with CM to level schedule according to resource availability. 
• Highlight project gaps as revealed by the schedule. 
• Participate in LRP response; calculation of RDDs, CFDs, leveling of schedule. 
• Provide what-if support to teams. 
• Work with stakeholders to find solutions to schedule problems. 
• Work with regional schedule representative to review current business processes / recommend and drive improvements. 
• Regular Meeting Attendance : SMT (Schedule Management Team).
