Qualifications: 
You should be a University graduate. Additional qualifications include:

• Excellent communication, management and presentation skills to deal with all levels of stakeholders, partners and team member. 
• Seven years direct experience in corporate services, facility management 
• Knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. 
• Knowledge with Shuttle and/or Cafeteria would be an added advantage but not as mandatory, strong skills in process development and insight of gap identification and solution development is necessary. 
• Thorough knowledge of business practices and procedures in order to perform non repetitive, analytical work. 
• Previous working experience in MNC in similar position would be an added advantage. 

Responsibilities:

In this position, you will be reporting directly to the CS SHG Operation Manager.
You will be based at It Zizhu R&D office and will support both Zizhu and ShanghaiMart Office (Sales and Marketing Office) as Site Control Champion focus on CS Biz Continuity Plan (BCP), Self Assessment (SA), Process and/or Procedure and/or Document Related Control in all CS funciton/aspects. You will be needing to be familiar with all CS Functions, ranged from Building Employees Services (BES), Shuttle, Cafeteria, Security and/or Emergency Management (EM), EHS, Operational Processs and/or Procedure as a good foundation and/or baseline in order to perform the assigned responsibilities, for CS BCP Development and/or Sustaning and identify gap/area for improvement during SA and follow up on needed closure with functional owners. You  will be playing as key liaison for SHZ/SHM Control Forum, with CS Apac/Asia Control Champion, as well as with Regional Readiness, Responses, Recovery (RRR), lead on site CS needed scenario plan and/or drill, and others. You will be expected to participate and lead some local CS Initiated programs as well as some regional projects per assignment, ranging from cost saving, space standard, Process restructuring and/or reengineering, and others. You will be one of the site emergency contact support (both office and non-office hour). You will be providing solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
