With the rural and urban primary health care business growing fast, It is expanding its product portfolio to performance technologies. This position is expected to cover the following areas:
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- To be accountable for specific product/products robust development to meet company objectives as a result to contribute to organic growth.
- To formulate product plan to support sales and ensure full implementation to achieve desired results.
- To be close to key accounts by working together with sales to implement professional and strategic collaboration.
- Product marketing and promotion strategy framing and implementation, based on intensive understanding the market, product technology and clinical match to the customer needs.
- Sales project support, to work closely with sales for product presentation, configuration support, strategy implementation, etc.
- Build and maintain luminary relationship.
- Set up and maintain strategic show sites nationally.
- Data collection to monitor the market dynamics and customer feedback.
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in product and marketing role of medical equipment industry.
- Bachelor degree majored in Medicine, biological engineering or mechanical engineering.
- Strong execution and project management skills.
- Proven presentation skills and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in relationship building with dealers and customers.
- Cross-functional Coordination skill, possess a driving attitude to shape and cooperate with partnering departments to achieve basic aims.
- English literacy and fluency.
