Company Background:
Our client is a JV plant to produce engines in Beijing.
Key Responsibility:
- Summarize indirect material suppliers quality improvement.
- Draft and actualize Indirect material Supplier developing plan.
- Organize daily business negotiation with suppliers, draft purchasing agreement.
- Organize and take advantage of exterior source, push material localization and product optimization.
- Track indirect material purchasing process according to the requirement of MS/EHS.
- Evaluate the suppliers periodically , supervise and cultivate our suppliers
- Comprehend the quality system and environmental, health and safety policy of the company and spread this policy to the relative partners.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Business or Engineering is preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent English in both written and spoken, strong computer skills
- Minimum 3 years of indirect procurement experience in Manufacturing Plant
- Honesty, integrity, a man of determination and having stronger enthusiasm for the job.
