Company Background:
Our client is a JV plant to produce engines in Beijing.

Major Activities:

• Leading the establishment of standard costing system for company by working closely with external consultants and operation teams within company. 
• Recruit, coach and develop junior cost accountants and lead the team to deliver. 
• Analyze variance, work with corresponding department to drive cost reduction and process improvement. 
• Provide routine management reports and analysis to management team for decision making. 
• Continuous improvement of costing system. 
• Participant into annual AOP rollup.

Primary requirement for candidate:

• Bachelor degree of accounting or related major. 
• Good English communication skill.
• Be familiar with ERP system, experience with QAD would be a plus. 
• At least 5 year working experience with 2 years in costing function at least of a multi-national manufacturing environment especially in auto industry
• Good understand of standard costing.
• Excellent communication skill and strong leadership. 
• Demonstrated problem-solving abilities.
• Able to meeting tight deadline under pressure.
