Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Responsibility:

• Be the primary owner for equipment availability, and process performance across multiple modules. 
• Support new product introductions, troubleshooting integrated processing issues, and working closely with Operations to provide leadership/technical supervision to Manufacturing Technicians.
• Characterize the probing process limits and the effects of incoming material variability
• Design and execute meaningful experiments to resolve module induced problems.  
• Collaborate effectively with multiple cross-functional engineers to perform equipment   install and qualification.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering with 2-4 years of related test or manufacturing experience.
• Strong technical leadership and expertise to deploy robust manufacturing solutions, successfully influence key players in Manufacturing and other Sort Engineering organizations to achieve stated technology goals.
• Effective oral and written communication, analytical problem solving, and role-model disciplined execution in all areas of responsibility.
• Excellent in Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, data analysis, strong structured problem solving skills.
• Ability to lead and contribute in a team-based work environment is required.  
• Require proficiency in English.
