Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

Responsibility:

• A liaison between Fab and Product Division/Sort/Assembly/Test on behave of Fab's interest.
• Execute Fab New Product Introduction (NPI) with the following responsibilities: approve product reticle tooling list, prepare NPI checklist and reticle association list, monitor product lead lots to meet schedule, manage/support engineering process flow, etc.
• Collaborate with Fab Integration and Yield Eng to validate/improve product performance target.
• Develop/validate/correlate/release Sort test program on Advantest T2000 tester platform (i.e. CMT).
• Execute Sort New Product Introduction with the following responsibilities: validate test fixture (i.e. Sort Interface Unit), confirm tester HW/SW configuration and prober recipe, set up test processes and disposition rules, complete test program audit check, etc. 
• Optimize manufacturing cost by creating cost effective test methods
• Design and execute experiments to resolve product low yield problems 
• Interface with Product Division, Q&R, Yield Analysis, Assembly/Test to support product launch, test time reduction, product quality improvement, etc.

Qualification:

• A Bachelor of Science degree or a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five years of working in wafer fabrication and/or wafer/unit testing on Automated Test Equipment (i.e. ATE).
• Good understanding of device physics, semiconductor processing flow, and statistics.
• Strong in Design of Experiments, root cause analysis, data analysis, and problem solving.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a diverse, dynamic and rapidly changing environment
• Experience in High Volume Manufacturing and product transfer. 
• Experience in test program development and debug on Advantest T2000 platform or equivalent ATEs. 
• Experience in C++ and Perl programming skills under Windows XP operating system.
• Require proficiency in English.
