Main responsibilities include:

• Planning related. 
• Drive site HC forecast alignment with Corp HC (eLP) direction.
• Drive site space solutions with site CS ops team.
• Partner with Strategic planner to enable FSP updates. 
• Coordinate with strategic planner on strategic plan and solutions. 
• Project management related.  
• Develop scope of work thru customers' request. 
• Plans and manages programs or projects to meet specific scope, budget, timeline, and customers expectations. 
• Drive incident and injury free project delivery. 
• Identify tasks, dependencies, and risk on project.
• Drive mitigations and solutions on projects. 
• Be able to communicate expectations and rapport support from the project and function teams. 
• Manage stakeholders expectations and communications. 
• Ensure quality of work done by contractors. 
• Candidate will be expected to travel among the PRC. 
• This position will have significant interaction with technical professionals such as engineers and programmers. Candidate with engineer background will be preferred. 
• Fluent in verbal and written English. Able to perform independently.
• Prefer to have skill on autocad, visio.

project examples:

• Cubes/meeting room modification, say we remove 50 cubes to enable 2 meeting rooms. 
• Roof top signage construction.
• Big scale and small scale people movement e.g. 30 users moved from one.
• Building to another building, or different area within the same office.
