Role and responsibilities:
Logistics specialists design, implement and operationally manage strategies and processes in the area of transportation, third party logistics, customs, and import % export handling, as well as warehouse management
To support supply chain or order fulfillment as well as execute strategic plans and processes to support global, regional or local distribution of our materials and products.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related discipline or equivalent experience.
• At least 3-5 years related experience.
• China import/outbound logistics operation, Manage forwarder performance, manage factory logistics operation, packaging design knowledge.
• Experience in packaging for packaging materials, load- securing, pallets.
• Ability to develop, implement, and/or execute logistics plans.
• Ability to identify process improvements for logistics plans.
• Project management experience.
• Program management Skill.
• Negotiation skills.
• Experience establishing supply chain based performance measurement systems.
• Cross-functional and external customer coordination experience.
