Company Background:
Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.

• Report to FACILITY manager. Responsible for Operations, Maintenance of existing facility HVAC system. Responsible for conceptual design, system improvement and sustaining expansion project for HVAC system.
• Develop SOP (standard operation procedure) for Operation & Maintenance of HVAC system. Apply Design/Material Standard/Specification to mechanical sustaining project in phase of contracting, construction, test & commissioning and tie-in. Develop utility specification, monitoring system with SPC tool to make sure of critical mechanical parameter matching.
• Build a robust HVAC facility with good backup philosophy.
  Requirements
• A Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
• Successful candidate will have an in depth knowledge of in the areas of HVAC of Fluids, heat Transfer and Thermodynamics in general. A good understanding of properties of equipment in particular boiler and chiller, automation and controls. 
• Understanding of SPC (statistical process control) and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) is a must. Skilled in identifying the problem root cause and developing innovative solution.
