Description: The Module Team Training Group Leader will manage and lead a team of training specialists to provide training support services to the factory module teams, enabling the factory to achieve performance excellence goals in equipment maintenance and operations. This team works with the factory business groups to identify training targets and put plans in place to meet these goals. The team also provides the training infrastructure which is necessary to achieve these goals: certifications, reporting, training materials, peer trainer support, gap analyses, vendor training forecasting and enrollment, and performance assessments. In this position, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Partnering with the engineering and manufacturing groups to identify the critical factory support needs and timelines; requires flexibility to work across shifts when necessary.
- Implementing assessment processes to validate performance capabilities of the workforce.
- Responsible for implementation of certification collateral, such as packages and certification tracking.
- Working with factory teams to identify training goals, track progress to these goals, and identify action plans to address gaps.
- Reporting out module team training progress and action plans to factory management.
- Identifying high-quality, cost effective solutions for building equipment skills.
- Establishing and maintaining network with other organziations and other factory counterparts to identify and implement best known methods and plan-of-record systems.

Qualifications:
You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include:
- Extensive experience with technician training, training or human resource strategy development.
- Project Management: experience managing complex programs successfully, meeting time commitments and budget constraints.
- Familiarity with It's budget and plan processes.
- Ability to make appropriate decisions between competing priorities
Ability to enlist commitment and assistance from sources outside of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to collect and effectively analyze data, make data-based decisions, and effectively communicate with data.
- Excellent customer orientation.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and by written communication in both Mandarin and English.
- Demonstrated passion towards innovation and risk-taking in order to achieve outstanding results.
- Experience establishing productive customer partnerships, ability to align to the business needs of the customer, excellent communication skills.
- Experience starting up a new factory or organization.
- Familiarity with factory training systems and processes would be an added advantage.
