Key Responsibilities & Essential Functions Include:
- Manait the the e preparation of it Healthcare's Federal, State and Foreign Information Reporting.
- Partner with FP&A and Controllership during the forecasting and reporting cycles (GPB, SII, & OP) to forecast taxable income position, effective tax rate and associated tax cash-flow requirements.
- Ensure current and deferred taxes are properly recorded and reported, including review of tax account reconciliation computations.
- Provide quantitative analysis of tax attributes for planning opportunities and compliance requirements.
- Develop and drive consistent and effective implementation of new accounting standards.
- Maintain SOX 404 documentation and perform compliance testing for applicable tax processes.
- Assist with responses to income tax examinations by federal, state and local taxing authorities.
- Support finance and operational leaders to understand tax implications of transactions.
- Perform research and analysis related to new business initiatives.
- Drive efficient utilization of tax provision software tools, processes and procedures for calculating the tax provision and related FIN 48 documentation.
- Support due diliitnce, acquisition integration, dispositions and restructuring projects.

- Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines.
- Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required..
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Accountant, (CA).
- Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience or equivalent in law firm or industry.
- Understanding of FAS 109 and FIN 48 principals.
- Strong technical background that includes an understanding of the relationship between tax technical issues and solutions and the compliance process
- Demonstrated ability to manait others, both directly and indirectly and to operate effectively in a matrixed environment.
- Excellent research, verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree such as Masters in Tax (MST), JD or LLM.
- 10 years of Public Accounting experience or 5 years Public Accounting and 5 years in Industry.
- Understanding of it operating mechanisms & financial manaitment practices
- Adaptable/flexible: being open to chanit (positive or negative) in response to new information, different or unexpected circumstances, and/or to work in ambiguous situations.
- Integrity: Accepting and adhering to high moral, ethical, and personal values in decisions, communications, actions, and when dealing with others
- Strong influencing skills across business functions.
- Solid PC skills: experience with financial systems/applications (i.e.: Oracle, COGNOS, Business Objects, etc.), strong Excel skills in data compilation and aggregation, for example, pivot tables, V-lookup & Macros.
