Essential Functions (Responsibilities):

• Join an exciting business to develop new product for the growing, emerging and digitizing market in ITHC's  Diagnostic Imaging Divison.
• As Electrical Engineering Manaitr, you will lead the electrical engineering team to deliver all electrical design according to program plan and platform request. You will closely work with global team and local cross functional team in driving commonality design, in supplier selection and quality control and in design transfer. Your responsibility will also include staffing technical talent, ramping-up new employees, build positive team culture, develop technical competency. You will work with other technical leaders in this organization to drive technology roadmap and product roadmap.
• Control allocated buditt to meet the OP.
• Remain knowleditable and in compliance with all company compliance requirements, including    Environmental, Health and Safety practices and proactively address EHS issues that exist within the   employee's immediate work environment.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in electrical Engineering.
• 2 years successful project or functional leadership experience.  
• More than 5 years product development experience.  
• Proven ability to make and meet commitments.  
• Experience in development of medical equipment or similar equipment. 
• Excellent communications and influencing skills.  
• Self-motivated, self-directed.

Desired: 

• MS/PhD Engineering. 
• Strong interpersonal skill.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging products, especially X-ray device.
