Role/Purpose:
Provide technical consulting services/support to AEC related China COE & Projects with universities & institutes. Provides technical and business consulting to universities/institutes to insure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:

• Understand COE/university needs, project scope, and provide reasonable advice on solution, system configuration.
• Performa daily communication with COE/universities, ensure project implementation.
• Provide help on COE & project SW order place, system install, upgrade(if necessary)install, maintain, and to be contact point between division and universities to fix technical problems effectively.
• Help universities on courseware development, work with internal department to get available materials, white paper, etc.
• Provide necessary training to university faculty, student upon assignment
• Provide technical support to CSDC in a regular base.
• Prepare demo system to key education initiative and events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree in architectural or engineering.
• Familiar with CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit Series (Arch/Stru/MEP) 
• 3+ years working Experience in architecture or engineering industry.
• Prefer to have the experience on the pre-sales technical support of CAD software.
• Good communication Skill and team work ability.
