Responsibilities: 
 

• Responsible for OHV Shenyang project include leading a cross functional group to solve complex problems utilizing lean-manufacturing principles;
• Participate in action workouts to improve process capability, equipment specs, working with Indirect sourcing, reducing overall costs and increase capacity around the program. 
• Responsible for assisting and driving common process and metrics in the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• A BS in Engineering or Mechanical, with more than 5 year working experience in manufacturing engineering. 
• Experience and working knowledge of manufacturing including metal machining, casting, tooling, quality control, welding, and assembly processes.
• Experience in quality system, such as ISO.
• Strong propensity for excelling in a demanding environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills- Effective team player and facilitator.
• Strong attitude to get tasks done, and abilities to travel.
• Effective written and oral communication skills, both Chinese and English.
