Consumable Sr. Sales Account Manager(2420)

Company Background:
Our client is a well-known MNC company in various technology and services industries.

Essential Functions (Responsibilities) :
Responsible for identifying, developing and closing RO or EDI selling cases in brackish water desalination including pure water and ultra pure and wastewater treatment/reuse markets within assigned region. 

Following company marketing strategies to drive profitable growth basing on annual target.  Have a good interfacing with technical support and service teams to ensure that appropriate activities are made to each qualified opportunities.

Establishes and maintains relationships with key water engineering companies and end users / designing institute in the region and anticipates and shapes opportunities ahead of the competition.  Interfaces with internal resources to create more opportunities, evaluate each opportunity, assess risk, and determine the technical, legal and business approach.  Participates in the negotiation of the final terms of the agreement, fully leverage distributors we have in necessary occasions.

  • Identify leads through personal effort, and coordinate with both the commercial team and technical team to determine what sale action will take to close the deal. 
  • Develop and execute territory sales plan to drive revenue growth, knowing customer and market need well to meet customer requirements so to get sales chance. 
  • Develop a commercial strategy to drive end-user / engineering companies / distributors sales.
  • Integrate sales strategy with each sales situation to maximize it's share in marketplace.
  • Work in a matrix environment with product management team, technical support team and service team and IT project team to drive overall sales growth. 
  • Knowing market and our main competitors well and find counter method to compete with them and gain market share and advantage. 
  • Achieve sale target in each region.

.Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in equipment sales in the Water or relating industries
  • Passion and determination and enthusiasm on sales job, duration on difficult market situation and skills to fine solutions in these situation. 
  • Strong business development, marketing and customer relations skills, skills on persuading customer to accept our concept. 
  • Experience with water engineering companies and Water Dept. in designing institutes.
  • Ability to attract attention and fully make use of all our competence in all public exposing chance.
  • Excellent English communication/sales skills ¨C both verbal and written
  • Good knowledge on water products. 
  • Strong engineering background ¨C both mechanical and electrical. 
  • Professional, inspiring, confidence.
  • 30-50% travel.
