Company Background: Our client is a leading MNC chipmaker in the computing and communications industries.
Description: In this position, you will be joining a new project to develop/test toolkits for new architectures and messaging related services software enabled by emergence of Web2.0 and SOA. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Implementing tool chains and developing the associated optimizations for a software and/or hardware CO-design solution for messaging centric applications.
- Performing performance analysis of the specific benchmarks, deliver high quality software product.
- Develop the test infrastructure to ensure the product quality.
Qualifications:
You should possess a Bachelor or a Master of Science degree and/or a Ph.D. in Computer Science. Additional qualifications include:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently and good teamwork, innovative, and have good perception and anticipation on technology.
- Strong technical communication via software prototype, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Software development experience in developing with C++, C, JAVA* programming with x86 or Itanium architecture
- Experience in software performance tuning, testing, and integration with low level services (such as drivers, runtime support libraries, middleware libraries, and others).
- Experience with disciplined software development from concept development through deployment.
- Experience with compiler, critical performance tuning, and language support would be an added advantage.
- Knowledge on hardware architecture and compiler, especially on it architecture would be an added advantage.
- Experience with middleware software used in managed runtime frameworks would be an added advantage.
- Understanding XML security would be an added advantage.
