Description: 
This is for senior software engineer for Open Solaris* in it's platform. In this position, you will be working with Solaris kernel developers to enable Solaris on it platforms, examples like using new instructions for performance, identify new optimization opportunities, develop for new silicon features, and others.

Qualifications: 
You should possess a Master of Science degree with more than three years working experience as software kernel developers or a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with more than five years working experience. Additional qualifications include:

• Good communication skills and team work. 
• Good English skill both on oral or written. 
• Strong problem solving capability. 
• Strong C programming skills and debug skills. 
• Deep understanding on software development process with experience on OS/System software. 
• Knowledge on operation system with Linux* and/or Solaris*. 
• Knowledge on computer system architecture with It architecture knowledge would be an added advantage. 
• Understanding the compiler and/or linker, C runtime library implementation, Linux* and/or UNIX* executable files binary format would be an added advantage. 
• Experience on open source project validation would be an added advantage.
