As the DP Test Lead you will help build and drive direction of a test team delivering features built into future versions of the Windows Operating System. On top of test automation development you will be an integral part of the new feature design and development process. Your team will own functional, security, performance and stress testing with a heavy emphasis on test automation. To be successful in this position you must be able to adapt to and improve software development processes that require cross-team collaboration.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years professional test automation development for a commercial enterprise product.
• Experience in one or more of the following preferred but not required:
• Operating Systems, Databases, and Client-Server applications.
• At least 2 years professional software test management experience.
• Proficient in C++, C# or Java.
• A Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is preferred.
• COM experience is beneficial but not required.
• Fluent English; Fluent Chinese (Mandarin) preferred.
