Company Background:
Our client is a famous investment bank.
Job Description:
- Frontline support for hardware, OS and desktop applications.
- Follow up helpdesk tasks.
- Support Corp event.
- Escalate technical issues to 2nd and 3rd level support within IT team or external IT vendors.
- Coordinate infrastructure projects with regional IT team/local IT vendors and assist project implementation.
- Monitor IT procurement for Beijing offices and manage vendor relationships.
- Maintain IT documentation, such as inventory list, PC checklist, hardware purchase standard, various process, etc.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge in PC, networking and problem solving skills.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in an international company.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.
- Good written and oral English.
